**OVERSEAS ORDERS PLEASE NOTE - EXCESS POSTAGE WILL BE REFUNDED**

Orders will be shipped first or second class by Royal Mail or using a courier company. Items going by courier need special delivery instructions so we will need to contact you about this.

If a parcel is returned to us due to it not being collected from the post office then a further charge for re-delivery will be made.

We endeavour to post out all orders as soon as possible but we would notify you of any delays. UK orders will generally be delivered within 2-5 working days. International deliveries will take around 5-10 days to arrive and may require a signature on arrival.

Returns

Goods (excluding toiletries, underwear or earrings) must be returned in new, unused condition and with any labels still attached, within 10 days of receipt for exchange or refund. We are still such a small company so we don't cover the cost of returning items to us.

Unless faulty, our own postage costs will not be refunded.

PLEASE notify us before sending goods back.

Unless damaged or faulty, no refunds will be accepted on sale items.
