A medium weight, 100% organic long sleeve t-shirt, with over-sleeve. The dyes used are enzyme free - kinder to skin and planet alike!

The shirt comes with a booklet illustrating how to do the yoga position printed on the shirt.

Raw hem and neck detail, label on outside back neck to prevent rubbing. Machine wash at 60 degrees.
