Personal Details

Basically the important thing is once you’ve registered your details with us we will never (not ever!) sell them or pass them on to anyone else, no matter how nicely they ask us. When you register you will be asked for your name, email address, billing address and delivery address (if different). We will also ask you for your telephone number, but we only ever call you if we have a question about your order and we need a quick reply or you’re not responding to e-mails.

If you tick "yes" to receiving our newsletters (which you should really, as they’ll be great) then you will receive occasional mails to inform you of fantastic new products, discount codes just for newsletter subscribers, competitions and lots of other good things. And if you get sick of it you can unsubscribe immediately.

Reviews

When you write a review, you’re only giving us non-exclusive permission to use your words on this site. We may refuse to publish obscene or irrelevant reviews for the sake of sensitive customers!

Stats

We store standard web server log files, and also use Google Analytics to measure what’s been viewed and how visitors get to the site.

Cookies

This site uses browser cookies to keep track of things like your cart, and cookies are also set by Google Analytics.

Discount Vouchers

Vouchers are redeemed at checkout but may not include every product on the site as restrictions can apply. Discount vouchers ordinarily will not be accepted on already reduced items.
