Although from the same plant “Camellia Sinensis” as black tea, green tea processing differs in that the leaves are only steamed or pan fired. This preserves the pale grassy colour and produces a fragrant flavour and aroma.

Purely Organic is a range of Ceylon teas. Their tea is grown high in the mountains giving you unique exquisite flavours of the Uva region of central Sri Lanka (Ceylon).

All their teas are grown on an organic single estate and are registered with Fair-Trade, therefore you are guaranteed that all workers receive a fair price for their products and plus monies are re-invested into their communities.
